In collaboration with KTOO, CRC is a powerful radio program dedicated to the Black lived experience in Alaska. Launched in 2020, this platform was born out of a desire to address social injustices, systemic inequities, challenging narratives and to strengthen our community.
Hosted by dedicated volunteers, Culture Rich Conversations delves into a variety of topics related to the experiences of Black Alaskans. The show candidly explores racism in daily life while also celebrating stories of Black brilliance, success and joy. This program is a platform for education, dialogue and healing, aiming to leave its audience better informed and inspired after each episode.
